Does anyone know the length of the locking link used in the primary between the clutch sprocket and the engine sprocket? I have some iron stock that would work, just need to know how long to cut it.
Got this tip from another thread. It is a 4" brass hinge. Less than $3. Worked just fine as is, no modifications, and did no damage to the clutch or drive sprocket teeth.
So.... You could try cutting at 4" and see if it works.
