X1 Fuel Pump by Quantum Fuel Systems (QFS)

I need to replace the fuel pump in my 2000 X1. Does anyone have experience with the fuel pumps by QFS? I'm wondering what additional parts and pieces I need, aside from what comes in their kit, and where I can source them.

i used this kit and all was good. Get some HyLoMar to seal the bottom of the tank.

I like that it includes the clamp and seals. The price is making me hesitate. I need to get the old one out and see what if anything is salvageable. The bike sat with about 3 gallons of gas for 16 years. There's a ton of varnish and gunk in the tank. That's why I think I need a new pump.
