So, just got my 2nd 09 Buell 1125CR (first one was back in 2012. Sadly I don't have it anymore). What should I be looking for, testing, inspecting? I know it may need a new fuel pump, so I'm looking into that. (the fuel level sensor is allegedly throwing codes because its faulty). Should I be checking the voltage system, or what should I be looking for there? I know these bikes have those issues. Any advice and guidance is appreciated.

First of all, sir. THANK YOU for your work on the forums. I knew about the forum years ago, but never had the opportunity to use it. So, thank you again for keeping it going.
As for my bike, this weekend will be my first delve into checking stuff out inside the bike. I see the bike has the "Harley Harness". Also, I was able to peak at some of the warranty history with Harley. It has had one rotor/stator rebuild. So I am guessing I will need to replace the voltage regulator, stator, and rotor.
As for the fuel pump, I'm was told its just fuel level sensor issues. I will verify that too this weekend. If its just the fuel level sensor having issues, and the pump psi is good....Pump will go on the back burner. If the pump is having pressure issues, then the whole pump will get replaced soon too.
Also, and oil change, because I don't know when the oil was changed last.
