Rules on freely posting ECU tunes?

Purchased my '08 XB12R from a local HD dealer, whom couldn't get it to run. the bike came with two ECMs.
One is supposedly brand new OEM, and looks it. The second is stamped "For Race Use Only" ("FRO").

Being the IT nerd I am, I immediately purchased an ECU connection cable and downloaded ECMSpy.

I was informed by the selling HD dealer & former owner, that the XB12R had been tuned locally here in northern Canada.
As the bike wouldn't run on the OEM ECM, but does run on the "FRO" ECM, the operational results appear to validate the statements.
As I own the "FRO" ECM, legally the tune one it should be considered mine, to do with as I whish. I whish to share.

The OEM tune is likely the IP of the defunct Buell company. As the XB bikes are no longer in production the tune has no commercial value.
Theoretically the stock ECU tune could be considered for public domain use. IANAL, so my legal interpretations are that of a dimwit.

I had seen a couple request I believe on the old BWB form for the stock ECU tune.
Are there any rules against posting these tunes in the knowledge section of the forum for whom ever wants them?
