Welcome to the re-launch of Bad Weather Bikers!
We had a very compressed timeline to find, purchase, and setup a new home for BadWeb. We're a work in progress. Thanks for understanding while we work to complete the transition. Expect to see more measured and methodical changes over the next few months. We felt it was important to re-launch the forums as soon as possible. The old software, Discusware ceased operation many, many years ago. There is no direct and easy way to export/import the users, forums, and posts.
One of my primary motivations for connecting with Blake was to preserve the decades of discussions and knowledge on BadWeb. We're working with the previous hosting provider to transfer the old BadWeb content. I am hopeful that the users and posts can be imported into the new forum, even if some minor fidelity is lost. If this proves not to be feasible we will move to store the old content in a permanent readable archive.
I am excited to help open a new chapter of BadWeb with Blake and all the BadWeb members.
